Whitney North is a professional painter and market vendor, with over a decade of leadership experience at Artistic Portland. She co-founded OAF in 2025.

Kurt Liedtke is a filmmaker, drone pilot, photographer, and marketing director who returned home to Eugene in 2024 after a decade of nonprofit arts leadership in Southern Oregon, and more than 12 years working in Hollywood in music, film, social media, and video games. He is a co-founder of OAF.

Katherine Wilson is a filmmaker and published author widely known as “The Godmother of Oregon Film,” thanks to more than 50 years of work in the film industry in various roles. She has published several books about her experiences in the film industry.

Selena Brave (Vice Chair)

Pierce Baugh grew up in MIssouri, and received an undergraduate degree in International Relations from Webster University. Recently, he completed his graduate degree in Journalism at the University of Oregon.

Stephen Kardell is a freelance production and location manager, photographer, and event professional with 25+ years experience in independent film, episodic television, music videos, TV commercials, corporate and small business content, photo shoots, brand activations, and live events. He is currently based in Southern Oregon.

Philip Krysl is an artist, illustrator, and art director with experience stretching back to the 1970s. He has worked on many film and television sets across Oregon as a driver, set decorator, among other roles.

Brittany Mason is a fine art landscape and portrait photographer based in Blue River, OR. She completed her Master of Fine Arts degree from the Academy of Art in 2022, and her BS in Photography from the Art Institute of Philadelphia in 2014. Her work includes photojournalism and project-based visual storytelling with local nonprofit groups.

Abbey Pasquini is from Corvallis, Oregon and has a background in theatre arts, specializing in tech and stage managing, with an additional focus on lighting.

Gina Quinsen is an artist who has worked with Windstone Editions for over a decade. She has a great passion for map-making and games.

Sky Phoenix is a film and music professional with over 40 years of experience as a producer, videographer, and creative collaborator. He has worked on feature films and arts initiatives nationwide, and is committed to preserving, promoting, and strengthening Oregon’s film and arts community for future generations.
