Oregon Arts & Film was honored to recently receive support from the Woodard Family Foundation and the Roundhouse Foundation — both providing vital initial funding to support our film museum project in Cottage Grove.
This initial seed money has meant the official start of construction at the historic Cottage Grove Armory, the first of many steps forward to complete the vision we have to repurpose this building on the National Registry of Historic Places into a facility that both celebrates the region’s film past and serves as an anchor for future film and television productions in the area.
Our sincerest gratitude to both the Woodard Family Foundation and Roundhouse Foundation for sharing our vision of the arts serving as a cultural and economic driver to the Cottage Grove community, we’re thankful to have these foundations supporting us alongside our community partners.
